Satcatcher Antennas.
1.New design LNB holder with gate action and captive nuts. This enables servicing of the LNB with single hand removal and replacement.
2. Three point tripod fixing of Lnb arms. This is giving greater stability to the whole antenna. The LNB is now a fixed component of the dish face and (wind wobble) is greatly reduced. Wherever the dish face is, the focal point is maintained precisely.
3.Open jaw technology on pole mountings, allowing for easier round pole fixing.
4. All bolts can be tightened single handedly and final tightening is with the use of a single tool.
Manufacturing tolerances have been reduced to the minimum practical levels, with considerations also being giving to all of the thermal expansion ratios of the materials used in production.
The antennas also can boast a unique feature, in being totally universal for fixed dish or motorized mounting. By replacing the first part of the mount with a replacement bracket, the antenna is then ready to fit directly to the satcatcher Diseqc motor. This is giving 100% accuracy when tracking the Clarke belt, when the dish is set originally to only one satellite. This unique feature used in conjunction with a receiver with the patented USALS function makes installing this antenna as easy as a fixed installation.
